Tonight, we begin a new series called "Lost is Not Forever: The Father's Reckless Welcome."
We've all felt lost at some point—lost in our decisions, lost in the crowd, or just feeling distant and disconnected. In this 6-part series, we are going to live inside one of the most powerful chapters in the entire Bible: Luke 15.
In this chapter, Jesus tells three stories—a shepherd who loses a sheep, a woman who loses a coin, and a father who loses both his sons. These stories are designed to answer one question: How does God feel about people who are far from Him?
The answer is shocking. God's love isn't a passive, patient waiting. It's a "reckless," searching, and relentless pursuit. This series is a promise that no matter who you are or what you've done, lost is not your final destination.
Tonight, we'll focus on the lost sheep.
